The Thought Criminals formed in 1977 and over the course of three years recorded a handful of albums, singles and EPs on their own Doublethink Records, a true representation of the Australian DIY punk spirit of the times. Their records, are prized amongst collectors worldwide. In 2007 they reformed and recorded a new EP, and in Covid 2020 started working on a third album.
